Bones & Chews Freeze-Dried Dog Treats

First of all, how great of a brand name is Bones & Chews?

I haven’t met a dog yet (Teton included) that doesn’t L-O-V-E freeze-dried treats. They are extra smelly, soft yet slightly crunchy, and easy to digest.

Bones & Chews All-Natural Beef Recipe Freeze-Dried Dog Treats check all these boxes and boast a limited ingredient list, which is a bonus.

Inside each of these delictable bite-sized nuggets is beef, beef liver, beef tripe, a preservative, and some natural flavors. And that’s it!

While I love giving Teton one or two of these treats by themselves, my favorite way to give them to him is crumbled over his dry dog food.

If you have a dog like Teton, every now and again he isn’t interested in eating. Normally this doesn’t bother me (he has plenty of food options – trust me on that) unless, of course, he also isn’t drinking. Sometimes, though, we’ll head out for a hike or a super long walk and I want to be sure he has some energy. These Bones & Chews freeze-dried treats are perfect for enticing him!

I like this particular variety of freeze-dried treats a lot because they’re perfectly sized for a medium dog like Teton but they crumble with just a bit of pressure if I want them to.

Bones & Chews has two varieties of their freeze-dried treats on Chewy.com now – beef, which is what we tried, and chicken. Give them a go if you need something new for your pupper, especially if they’ve never had a freeze-dried treat!

Happy tails…and Happy New Year!
