In addition to Baron Henley von Pretzel, Teton has two cat cousins: Lilly and Oliver. Lilly is camera-shy, so the star of today’s guest post is Oliver.
Oliver is a ten-year-old Norwegian Forest Cat. He loves naps, crafting, and sunshine.
Oliver also loves cat food and cat treats, so he was the perfect specimen to test Orijen’s Original Cat Treats, made with fresh free-run poultry and wild-caught monkfish.
I caught Oliver on a Monday evening, in his natural habitat.
Once I popped open the bag, we had immediate interest.
Maybe a little too much interest.
Orijen Original Cat Treats are freeze dried, which means they aren’t crunchy, but are softer. These are PERFECT for Oliver, because he’s had to have several teeth removed and isn’t too keen on crunchy treats. He definitely prefers wet cat food over dry cat food, just because it is easier for him to eat. Humans will love that these treats don’t actually smell like monkfish.
I didn’t actually manage to get any shots of Oliver eating the treats because he wolfed them down so fast. And then knocked over the bag to help himself to an additional 3 or 4.
Oliver gives the Orijen Original Cat Treats two enthusiastic paws up. He (apparently) loves the poulty-monkfish flavor combo and can easily eat these treats. We’d definitely try these again.
Thanks for the sample, Chewy!
Oliver, in his younger days. He’s always been a fan of Chewy.
Happy tails!
