Helllooooo!
We just got back from our nightly walk and someone is a little wiped.
A far cry from how he looked when we first starting pounding the pavement!
It’s quite blurry, but that’s my favorite Red Dingo leash. It’s reflective pattern has been coming in handy lately since it’s dark in the morning and at night when we walk.
Hi! 😀 The weather has changed dramatically in the last few weeks. That’s a lovely fleece hoodie and down vest that I’m wearing.
I guess my body is just in shock since I got back from visiting a friend (Hi, C! How’s that Lululemon treating you?) in Arizona where it was 100 degrees almost every day that I was there. When I got back it was in the 60’s in Washington! Brrr.
While I was in AZ I got to hang out with another lovely little pooch whose names starts with a T.
Hi, Tatum!
Tatum’s harness is pretty cool. Check it out at Fetch Dog.
This shot is from a trip to The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Those of you from my neck of the woods probably have no idea what I’m talking about, but it’s basically like Starbucks’ kid sister.
At TCBATL, my friend and I got some caffeinated beverages and Tatum got a banana.
Check that drool! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a dog go that nuts for a banana. It was awesome.
In fact, after she finished off her banana, she mosied on over to the table next to us to inquire as to whether the ladies there were finished with their banana.
They were.
Tatum got two bananas.
Score.
Until a few minutes ago, before I consulted with my friend Mr. Google, I thought that bananas were good for one thing – potassium. Turns out they have a whole bunch of health benefits!
Bananas are potassium-rich.
-
Potassium is a mineral that works to maintain effective heart functioning and blood pressure. It’s also good for keeping bones strong!
‘Nanners are high in fiber.
-
Fiber is good for the ticker. It also keeps bowel movements regular and smooth.
Bananas have antacid properties.
-
Antacid protects against stomach ulcers.
OMG…where is there a Coffee Bean around here?!?? Must. GO!
Awww…no, sorry, M! This was in AZ. I don’t think there’s a Coffee Bean in WA. 😦
