T-Time

Today, after a busy day at work, I challenged myself to making T-Time a priority.

I challenge you to do the same!

How often do we have insanely busy days at work that leave us completely exhausted?  Sometimes it seems like the biggest chore just to make a simple dinner or run the vacuum cleaner.  I’d venture a guess that your dog(s) are often not at the top of your priority list.

I believe that every day should include at least 30 minutes of solid one-on-one time with your pooch.  Whether that means a walk around the neighborhood, an impromptu brushing session (with lots of treats for reinforcement!), learning a new trick, or meeting a friend for a doggie date, those 30 minutes are your chance to re-connect with your dog.

If you can commit to spending 30 minutes of focused, quality time with your pooch every day, you’ll reap the benefits of a deep connection with your dog.  Trust me, I know how crazy life can get, and I’ll be the first to admit that some days I’m not the Dog Mom I’d like to be.

So, I’m challenging myself to be a better Dog Mom and to re-commit to Teton.

We hope you’ll join us and re-commit to your pets!
